Trauma comes in different forms such as physical, mental or emotional. What we don’t realize is that the trauma can stay in our bodies at a cellular level, until we down regulate the nervous system by letting the body know that the trauma is actually over.
In this workshop, you will have an in-depth look of the anatomy of trauma and how it affects the physiological aspects of the body and systems.
We will explore the impact of trauma specifically on the central nervous system and how to release it.
