Arm-balances and inversions are fun, challenging and force us to let go of fear, trust ourselves and explore our boundaries. In doing so we tap into our limitless potential and cultivate deep inner transformation as we overcome self-doubt caused by the cycle of self-limiting thoughts. We will learn how to create lightness and access our true inner power through total body integration in order to learn the techniques needed to hold and transition through various arm-balances and headstands.
