You’ll explore essential principles for opening and strengthening your shoulder girdle, releasing and balancing your Iliopsoas system, and stabilizing both Sacrum and lower back. Moving progressively into bigger backbends, Sthira and Sukham, steady strength, with comfort and ease, will follow. Effective unwinding for post backhanding will complete the day.
