In our world of small devices that demand our attention, who doesn’t have chronic tension or pain in their neck? After a short anatomy lesson, we will learn
a brief and accessible practice to relieve shoulder and neck tension. Learn to assess, strengthen, release and stabilize this delicate and often abused area. This work will correct poor posture and address many upper back, shoulder and neck issues. Learn which poses are healthful and which are contraindicated and when, and how to build a sequence for various upper body instabilities.
